Q1. Do you have any detailed instructions for ordering? I am having trouble ordering my medication.

  1. Search for the medication using the search option on the homepage. You can also browse the categories in the ‘Categories ‘section or the brand/ generic search option in the ‘Product Search’ section. Once you were able to locate the product/s, click on it so you can proceed to the next step.
  2. Click on ‘Add Cart’ button.
  3. Click on the desired quantity of your desired product in the box.
  4. For more selection, repeat steps 1-3.
  5. Type in the coupon code on the coupon box then click on Apply Coupon.
  6. Click on the Checkout and provide personal information and shipping information once the selection is complete.
  7. For most products, prescriptions can be written here. Pay through Credit Card.

Q2. Is it secure to give my credit card information at your site?

We value the security of our site and we take the security of our customer seriously. So we take reasonable steps to protect your information. Our user information page and credit card information page are secure pages. When you submit your order you are redirected to the secure order page. The security of the page can be easily checked: an icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom. The secure page begins with “https:” while insecure ones begin with “http:” without the “s” at the end. We also have Hacker-Safe and Control Scan certifications (leading certifications for e-commerce sites).

We also have 256-bit encryption to securely process your payment.

Q3. When will my credit card be charged?

The information is transmitted to our processing center where it is checked as soon as you fill in the form on the checkout page. Thus your credit card is charged. As soon as the payment is authorized, your order is approved and processed. You will receive a confirmation email, whether your order is approved or not.

Q4.   The amount charged on my card doesn’t match my order amount, why is this? What can I do about it?

This can be possible sometimes because some of our banks do not charge in US dollars but rather in other currencies such as the Euro. The amount charged will not exactly equal what it shows on your invoice because the currency exchange rates fluctuate daily. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything to avoid this. If for some reason if your credit card shows that you were charged much more than the amount you order, please contact us and send in a copy of the statement by email. We will do our best to rectify the matter.

Q5. What can I do if my credit card hasn’t been charged yet for the order I made?

If your card hasn’t been charged yet for the order you made, that means to say that for any reason we aren’t able to charge your card. Please contact your credit card company to solve the problem. Maybe, your card company prohibits charging your card from other countries for safety reasons. Please check also whether you filled in the credit card CVV code, the expiry date, and the billing address.

Q6. Do I need a prescription to purchase from you?

Most of our products do not require any prescription from our customers. But we would strongly recommend that you consult your doctor before taking any medicines.

Q7. The drugs that you sell, are they from reputable drug firms? 

Yes, the majority of firms selling drugs to other countries are the same firms selling these drugs in the USA. Generally, they may call the drug another brand name, but they are the same drug generically.

Q8. How long does it take to ship the drugs to my home or office?

The products we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. However, please allow 10-21 business days. We have to check your order first to make sure that the shipping information is correct. After that, the product you have ordered is packed and only then it is sent out.

Q9. How do I return something to Trusted Medications?

We don’t accept returns on prescription items. If your shipped item is incorrect and your prescription order was damaged, please e-mail us as soon as possible from contact. Please include your tracking number so we may assist you quickly.
